Hi there!
My name is Zak or Yakii in game. I’ve been playing Pump it Up for over 7 years now and I can play up to S20s (Advanced 1). So why should you trust my guide?
Well… I got stuck at S4. Yup, you read that correctly.
Took me a while to get past that.. and the next level… and the next. Took me 2 years from S15 to S16 and went through all of the songs. Same for S18’s.. took me over 2 years for 1 level. Now I’m currently trying to get more into S20’s. I have, at firsthand, ran though every single hurdle and every single obstacle you could have thrown at me. I’m aware of the micro differences between songs that may appear identical at a certain level, because I’ve played them hundreds of times, and failed hundreds of times before learning how to pass them.
This guide covers all of those obstacles that Pump it Up will throw at you and how to beat them and improve.
